Since this is not simply a challenge (like Ricdics attempt) and there are no rules to break. I'll put forward an option for you:
Join my corp and I'll top up your starting funds from the humble 20m you have now to a more respectable 100m. I will also give you whatever help and advice I can to maximise your profits, although the work will be mostly your own.
What I want in exchange is 20% of all your profits on a weekly basis. The money you make from selling the character is exempt from this, of course. Either of us can end the arrangement at any time, but you would have to settle any outstanding profit share and return the investment cash before we part ways.

Put it this way, I've made a lot more than 5b in the last six months.
The deal I've placed on the table is a starting point. I'd need to know I can trust you and therefore I start with a small investment under poor terms. Once you've demonstrated ability and trustworthyness I'd be more than happy to supply further funds and make performance based adjustments to the profit share.
Anyone who would be willing to throw you a lot of isk under better terms at this point, when they have no idea if you are indeed a new player or the alt of an experienced scammer, has more money than sense. |

I think we'll let Terra Marr decide what makes business sense to him. As clearly you and I differ in our appraisal of what makes good business sense in this situation.

Don't say that. They would roast me for putting down 80m at 20%. I'm valuing someone I don't know with a claimed bank balance of 20m at 400m.

I'd probably advise training the trade skills first and foremost. There aren't many to train and you don't have to get them very high to be effective.
Your skill training after that should be dictated by your ultimate aim, to sell the character for the most money you can in six months.
